registering on a new computer

what do? have re-installed ind on new computer. hv bn told hv used allocation of 2 computers , can't keep on new one. still using on 2 computers. in world upgrades time time, have tell adobe above board??

if have creative cloud membership adobe gives 2 seats use on 1 membership can use on 2 computer , there no need give information adobe.

 

if have perpatual license software  (software serial number) can install software on 2 machine. first primary machine , second machine, can use software on 1 machine @ time. if have installed software on 2 machine , using on 1 machine there no need give information adobe.
