Adobe Reader 11.0 mui and patches

i trying install reader 11.0. use wizard xi configure install turn off autoupdates. saved it. should able run setup.exe , @ setup.ini file install configurations. work , install 11.0 mui however  when add line shown below install 2 msp's  (patch=adberdrupd11001.msp;adberdrsecupd11002.msp) it not installing them installs 11.0 version , not patches. can tell me doing wrong? thanks

i wondering why not applying patches...ugh.  reader installs bad java installs.
