Mask doesn't work when copied to PS

i have masked area in illustration. when copy & paste ps mask doesn't work. doesn't matter if paste pixel or smart object. in ai when copy , paste file mask fails work. many advice! cs5 btw!

in top pic mask works in bottom pic can see how area around nose - unmasked.

Error when I try to record application simulation in Adobe Presenter 8

hello, have 30 day trial of adobe presenter 8 , subscription adobe captivate 6.  record application simulation within presenter, receive error after entering swf-name states captivate cannot started , check see if captivate configured run in administrator mode.
