Customer Entitlement for Small Publisher - Can't Afford Enterprise Edition

we have ipad app produced adobe dps want offer app our paid print subscribers @ no additional charge.

 

we understand enterprise edition of dps offers functionality. we're small nonprofit magazine low circulation, , license fee enterprise edition complete nonstarter. have no need of other enterprise edition functionality besides customer entitlement.

 

does have idea of how accomplish want without buying enterprise edition?

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
