first, correct way uninstall photoshop elements 6 after installing elements 11.

second, thought there phone support time after purchasing product appears there $39 charge per question.  correct?

the correct way uninstall 6 before installing 11.  being case, might want try uninstalling both newest oldest , reinstalling 11.

 

i don't know phone support time after purchasing can try following options , see get.  these recommended people have problems sewrial numbers or product actiovations, might other matters (orr might send product forums)

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
