Canon Vixia HV30 capture issue on CS6 (Mac OSX)

this might (hopefully) in setup, under mac osx lion (10.7.4) / premiere cs6, unable capture video canon vixia hv30 - it's either monstruous noise or 'capture device offline' message.

 

no 1 ever had similar problem withanother cam here? posted weeks ago never got reply.

 

using same cam under windows premiere cs4 , never faced such issue.

 

matter of sort of codec ?  not seem require specific driver mac based on canon website.

 

any suggestion?

does project have hardware mpe enabled?  try disabling test.

Upgrade 3.4.8 to 3.5.1 failed "download package failed" - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
