Delete button occupies the entire page - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have website attachments component.
it works fine non-administrators.
when login article attachments page corrupted delete button (little button on top middle of screenshot 2). whereever press mouse button on page, tries delete attachement in botton of attachment list (screenshot 1).

i guess template issue. template designer has chosen not me (he reluctant design joomla template , not offer support)... how can fix this?

this looks fine normal user, corrupted when administrator logged in (one rights delete attachments). have attached screenshots.
