hello.
i having strange problem never came across in joomla, happens after latest update 3.6.4.
i cannot edit er create net modules, when press on 1 module, opens after 1 second blank page select box on left upper corner , page loads infinity.
please have @ small screen cast understand better http://screencast.com/t/x23kkp2fi8.
when turn on "debug system" not happen more, can access modules, cannot see errors.
what found when go "global check-in" there "pov_modules table 1" check in after check modules again not work, , when return "global check-in" there again, "pov_modules table 1".
any ideas ?

hmm...it looks ajax request.
could check browser console strange request when happens?
you can strange javascript code or included scripts in page code.
it may caused plugin or template. if like, can start disabling plugins 1 one trying find causer.
you can select site template check if template causes behaviour.
