problems to reinstall flash player

i deinstalled flash player , want reinstall it, when try install come page says: flash player issues | windows 8     , on.

if click on product effected: flash player 11  lead me side have not been before. says flash player version , os of computer shown in box below, if shows error message in box, have no flash player or installation issues. not show in box. neighter information flash player version, nor not have flash player or installation issues, although can not install , not have flash player anymore.

uinstall flash player using:  http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html

 

then go here , install flash player:  http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

 

then go here , check results:  http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html
