Rebuilding configuration.php after host-restored files - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

when searching issue, wasn't able resolve problem...

somehow entire public_html deleted host. restored files.
my joomla directory has files backup there no configuration.php (error: no configuration file found , no installation code available. exiting...)

i attempted rebuild file current joomla package (as had updated current).
i believe entered correct information in regard database settings (i reset db password via cpanel). public $secret line left there installation files.

but i'm not getting access site (blank white / http error 500).

do have re-install site? or missing configuration file?

i accessing site via ip address joomla directory while working on site (with domain pointing temporary site).

any appreciated.

1. turn off sef
2. turn on error reporting can see errors.

Upgrade 3.4.8 to 3.5.1 failed "download package failed" - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
