I cannot open photos in my Photoshop CS 6. I have been able to open Browser and Camera Raw, but not

i cannotg open photos in photgoshop cs6.  can open them in photoshop browser , camera raw, cannotg open them in photoshop.  blue circle comes on 3 seconds, changes plus sign, , nothing else happens.  please help.  adobe photoshop either unwilling or unable me problem.

restart computer , retry opening photo photoshop.
