Problem installing Adobe Reader X1 (11.0.02) on Mountain Lion

after having problems black screen when viewing pdfs in safari deleted adobe reader plug ins & adobe reader x & tried install adobe reader x1 (11.0.02) on mountain lion 10.8.2

 

the app downloaded install fails part way through. anti-virus off & safari closed. i\ve tried repeatedly & had same problem.

 

any solutions?

is enterprise deployment issue?

i have small box slides bottom right of webpage asking if want participate in survey related site. i plan remove/modify survey pop cant find located in joomla control panel. i've searched modules on home page menu comes up, template index.php, extensions, plugins, modules cant find related it. where commonly located ? suggest go extensions>manage>manage , order on id descending. show extensions added joomla. id's >10000. must 1 of them! Error when I try to record application simulation in Adobe Presenter 8

hello, have 30 day trial of adobe presenter 8 , subscription adobe captivate 6.  record application simulation within presenter, receive error after entering swf-name states captivate cannot started , check see if captivate configured run in administrator mode.
