Using forms on an Ipad

i have created form , saved pdf.  when view form on laptop of features work, can edit, choose drop down options, , view changes.  when open form on ipad, can see general form there no options edit content, , if edited form mailed me cannot view of content.

 

how create form can viewed on ipad or other handheld device?  if need create html file, how do this?

you have use adobe mobile reader fill out form. ios system pdf viewer doesn't support forms.
