Can't Install CS6 on a MAC from downloaded upgrade.

trying install cs6 upgrade , error. ran adobe support advisor, inspection not identify issues. found pdapp.log , error messages follows:

 

[fatal] pim - failed load updaterinventory library

[error] pim - error in _pimcreateandvalidateupdateinventorylibrary.

[fatal] setup - unable create pim object

 

any ideas how fix?

troubleshoot error messages | bootstrapper

 

for beyond have provide more info system , otehr details.

i have small box slides bottom right of webpage asking if want participate in survey related site. i plan remove/modify survey pop cant find located in joomla control panel. i've searched modules on home page menu comes up, template index.php, extensions, plugins, modules cant find related it. where commonly located ? suggest go extensions>manage>manage , order on id descending. show extensions added joomla. id's >10000. must 1 of them! Error when I try to record application simulation in Adobe Presenter 8

hello, have 30 day trial of adobe presenter 8 , subscription adobe captivate 6.  record application simulation within presenter, receive error after entering swf-name states captivate cannot started , check see if captivate configured run in administrator mode.
