I want to trial Elements 11 without damaging installed Elements 9

i want trial elements 11 confirm works new camera.

i have elements 9 working , not want damage installation until have decided buy 11.

i downloaded trial.  start intimidating question no help, description or documentation, , can't find comment on adobe's site.

the choices are:

1/ upgrade catalog version 11 - not want @ time

2/ create new catalog.

 

what want know 'new' catalog additional , not overwrite existing elements 9 catalog. not proceed until i  confident.

the first choice, upgrading, means new catalog created in pse11 format, leaving old 1 unchanged.

 

you can work both versions, each keeping own catalog.

 

the catalogs totally independent : changes in 1 not known other.

with changes in pse11 you'll have learn how deal new interface, first choice (conversion) necessary anyway day...

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
