problems with ink signatures

i used indesign cs6 design fillable pdf form distributed via adobe acrobat pro x. when testing, have no issues form fields or digital signatures. however, form, recipient able use "apply ink signature" feature. whether file reader enabled extended features or not, experience 2 problems.

one receiving message: "the security settings on document prevent adding text and/or placing signature on adobe reader. fill , sign document need print out." however, 1 can close message , apply signature.

 

however, signature not visible @ sender's end once form submitted.

 

working nonprofit, not in position purchase second echosign license. (the "parent organization" supplies first license.) have found solution, know doing wrong because assume problems result of user error.

 

thank in advance assistance provided.

if reader-enable document won't able use "place signature" functionality in reader. if form contains digital signature fields, won't available either.
