Uploading a downloadable zip file

hi! having trouble uploading zip file site people can download. i've uploaded zip file local folder, made link on page, put onto remote server yet file won't download - http://shannonleehayden.com/presskit.html . sorry basic question, i've been reading, , i'm not sure i'm doing wrong. suggestions? in advance!

looks problem server configuration. you're not getting 404 errors in subdirectories. check settings. also, file names , paths should not include spaces - remove them press kit folder.

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
