Fatal error upgrading to 3.6.1 and again to 3.6.2 - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

on upgrading 3.6.1 , again today 3.6.2 following error-

fatal error: using $this when not in object context in /homepages/16/d263935895/htdocs/mysite/libraries/joomla/filter/input.php on line 141

the way (at present) have found round comment out following lines in file -

141 // if ($this->stripusc)
142 // {
144 // $source = $this->stripusc($source);
145 // }

what causing error?

i used above fault , have had in past cure 'commenting out' above lines in /joomla/filter/input.php.
however in current version file not exist (at least not in same directory)

can please me - why has been happening in past , now.
also equivalent file in 3.8.1

uregent please site down because of update.

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi -- after after loading files of joomla 3.5 program, went site , tried open complete installation. got message: fatal error: require_once(): failed opening required '/homepages/37/d199794875/htdocs/gnustories/libraries/import.legacy.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php5.5') in /homepages/37/d199794875/htdocs/gnustories/includes/framework.php on line 15 ran fpa program. hope way make available here. http://gnustories.org/fpa-en.php winku your domain name seems not working - not showing fpa report php page holding page generated isp (1 & 1) the easier way generate report fpa script , copy reply of thread (that intended way done). suggest review instructions on generating report makes format suitable forum.
