Slideshow Under Menu Bar, Help Please

hi again,

i require awesome members of adobe community again, news have example show time make easier provide answer. started new page business work with, , there change menu bar , slide show have been wanted make longest time, maybe twitter ticker bar if wishes cover in same discussion.

the menu bar, can see, red thing moving across top of screen menu tabs on home, us, ect. ect. reason doesn't travel off page intended do, stops short , can see background of page on left , right of bar, that's smaller issue face here.

 

the bigger issue menu bar i'd fix showcase d & b logo pushes slide show down, , while doesn't bad, still slideshow sit under logo logo shining on top of slide show.

 

last, small , optional problem hit wishes solve it, there way me have twitter ticker bar @ top of site sit on top of d & b logo, , against red menu bar? i'd twitter ticker bar part of menu bar if possible.

looks me logo background image.  background images well... in background.  have insert logo foreground of positioned container , give higher z-index slideshow.
