CS 5.5 still available?

hi, work in indesign cs5, compatible book publishing clients. 1 has asked work supplied in cs5.5. still available? , upgrade cs5 version, 5 no longer usable separately? or cs6 can upgrade now?

you can upgrade cs6 directly http://creative.adobe.com monthly subscription indesign. not make cs5 unusable. can have both installed , running on same machine @ same time. no old versions provided adobe on website. can purchase genuine old version of adobe indesign local reseller near location.

i have small box slides bottom right of webpage asking if want participate in survey related site. i plan remove/modify survey pop cant find located in joomla control panel. i've searched modules on home page menu comes up, template index.php, extensions, plugins, modules cant find related it. where commonly located ? suggest go extensions>manage>manage , order on id descending. show extensions added joomla. id's >10000. must 1 of them! Error when I try to record application simulation in Adobe Presenter 8

hello, have 30 day trial of adobe presenter 8 , subscription adobe captivate 6.  record application simulation within presenter, receive error after entering swf-name states captivate cannot started , check see if captivate configured run in administrator mode.
