More users for WebBasic and Marketing packages?

i wanted know (if bc team reading this) why pricing model strict , why can't add more users on other packages except e-commerce? have plenty of clients need marketing site plan have requirements additional users admin site. jump marketing e-commerce 5 users way big.

 

this excludes bc sites not require e-commerce makes hard me convince , sell bc new clients.

 

is there option add additional users non-commerce sites?

you can add users webmarketing plan or plan - webbasics. log partner portal , go site want add user , near bottom stuff can add.
