i understand dilemma. trying same thing. have lot of training courses have many large video files (currently published swf's flv's). in current captivate 4.0 courses (published swf/html scorm2004 specs) streaming video's video slides using rtmp. have our flv's sitting on flash streaming server (hosted our lms solution provider). when slide viewed first see video play panel , after few seconds of buffering, video starts stream. since our lms makes use of akamai network, our users efficiency of akamai newtwork in addition streaming vs downloading large video files. have converted 1 of online courses captivate 6 (from version 4) , thing changed video steaming path names , stream name in video place-holder point mp4's instead of flv's. published content html5. pushed out content our lms , mp4 video files our hosted flash streaming server. had tested video streams using adobe streaming server test tool our lms solution provider provides me testing out video streams. mp4 files played fine flash streaming server. note: have exact same pathes , stream names entered on video property sheet in captivate 6. now, must thought saw note somewhere on adobe forums stated cannot stream mp4 video via rtmp html5 captivate course. i'm still trying locate comment (post) verify statement. posted new question few days ago in same video discussion area, in hopes of getting adobe technical staff confirm fact. if true, have no way convert existing online content html5 , mp4 delivery our customers in non-flash environment. guess not answer, maybe sympathetic ear! need answers well. question; can stream mp4 video using rtmp capyivate 6 course published html5? wish answer this.
