Using 'Design Standard' serial number with 'Master Collection' download.

hey, trying download design standard, couldnt find download assistant.

the thing see 'collection' master collection.

so asked on adobe live chat wether download master collection input design standard serial, , seemed think work.

when enter serial following message:

 

"we unable validate serial number cs6 master collection. please contact customer support."

 

not sure do, need downlaod design standard instead?

i think customer support missed one.

 

adobe serial numbers product specific.  can't activate trial of 1 product full version of product.
