Converting pictures

the software have ended converting raw pictures tiffs

they need go on web site , accept jpegs

adobe v9 not convert tiffs jpegs

i started taking screen shots i've got many , have come out either large or small need keep repeating action same picture , altering quality outcome either larger or smaller pictures

 

i've tried downlaod adobe elements version 11 see if need buy it

it appears have installed opions open appears full version

i don't know else try

 

i have imac running mountain lion (the latest version)

 

close throwing through window

too many wasted hours

too many tears trying achieve , failing again

jemmakay manufacturers utilize camera raw format include utility convert , use files.  may want @ software came camera possible solution.

 

other users in forum may have additional suggestions.  beneficial though if know adobe creative software , version have available you?  camera producing these raw images?
