How can I crop again in photoshop?

this error message on macbookair. worked , of sudden not. have creative cloud , running latest mountain lion.

 

anyone know how can resolve this? have uninstalled , reinstalled. have 58.86gb of storage space.

 

message:

could not build crop preview because of program error.

reset preferences.  start ps , hold down cmd option shift keys.  if fast enough reset window.

i have small box slides bottom right of webpage asking if want participate in survey related site. i plan remove/modify survey pop cant find located in joomla control panel. i've searched modules on home page menu comes up, template index.php, extensions, plugins, modules cant find related it. where commonly located ? suggest go extensions>manage>manage , order on id descending. show extensions added joomla. id's >10000. must 1 of them! Error when I try to record application simulation in Adobe Presenter 8

hello, have 30 day trial of adobe presenter 8 , subscription adobe captivate 6.  record application simulation within presenter, receive error after entering swf-name states captivate cannot started , check see if captivate configured run in administrator mode.
