just downloaded adobe XI trial and can not convert pdf to word, says trial is period over

just downloaded adobe xi trial , can not convert pdf word, says trial period over. can do

for reason seems happen some. may have date issue on machine , acrobat noted it. way, adobe name of company, not product.

 

i have no idea how adobe sets , tracks trial information. may there else has caused issue , acrobat thinks have had trial on system , uninstalled it. far know, there nothing can do. might able check sales see if there work-around, users can nothing you.

 

sorry, hope can find way test product. might related version of windows did not state.
