Print problem with Acrobat XI

hi,

 

after implementation of acrobat xi company experiencing problems pdf files failing print on printers.

 

the problem occurs these specific printer types (reported far): oce 6522c, oce cs 250, canon ir-adv c5045/5051.

 

the common problem when pdf printed (reader xi standalone or ie plugin or acrobat xi professional) looks normal , normal confirmation print job sent printer. however, in cases job never goes printer queue gets deleted without trace.

 

the problem present pdf files created using acrobat distiller xi , printed reader/acrobat xi. pdf files created distiller versions pre xi, print fine on printers.

 

the problem present regardless of user creates pdf , tries print (as long acrobat xi used.)

 

if create pdf using utility "pdf creator" pdfforge, printing works perfect both reader , acrobat xi.

if print pdf files generated distiller xi "pdf architect" pdfforge, printing still works perfect.

 

it seems change in either distiller xi and/or reader/acrobat xi causing printers skip/delete job??

 

we cannot ensure printer drivers updated, large company several thousand enployees in many different offices around world.

 

some system details:

os: win 7/serv. pack 1/64-bit

reader v. xi, 11.0.2

adobe distiller professional xi, 11.0.0136

distiller settings: profile: "high quality print", security: none, comaptibility: acrobat 5.0 (pdf 1.4), fonts embeded

printer driver used generating ps: adobe pdf (adobe pdf converter)
