program closing down from first use

hi everybody

i have started using pre 10 , have started following 'classroom in book' lessons.

no problem loading lesson files per instructions, invariably before end of lesson 1 program closes down.  message says pre closing down , option search solution offered. no solution forthcoming.

since using adobe lesson files can assume there must conflict in machine.

i have carried out of suggestions given in other parts of forum.

any ideas appreciated.

one of common causes hang, or crash in pre obsolete video driver. pay special attention part.

 

even simple os update can render video driver obsolete, , pre, unlike other program on computer, needs interface closely video driver. not trust os, or utility tell if have latest video driver. go mfgr's. web site, , verify yourself. if there newer driver, download , install that, per instructions. reboot, , test.

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
