i trying add statcounter joomla site. went index.php file, statcounter instructions specified. index.php file blank. thought bit weird, site worked, tried pasting statcounter code. website blank. tried deleting pasted code, website still blank.
i don't understand why index.php file blank? how pulling website information? index.php file in documentation doesn't right, , tried pasting code joomla end, pulled error.
i'm not sure do. tried uploading index.php file computer joomla backend says file empty.
attaching screenshots of empty index.php file, , index.php file in documentation.
if re-upload whole template, think wipe out of editing i've done template, correct?

i understand may feeling little nervous there 3 possibilities can suggest:

1) yes, can re-install template using , it's possible custom changes made may lost on bright side: it's highly probable site not "blank" anymore. 8)

2) can restore website backup made before tried use statcounter code snippet.

3) might able contact developer of template , ask best method incorporate statcounter code snippet template. editing index.php file 1 method (but it's not way); templates offer ability add code snippets part of template style settings.

Upgrade 3.4.8 to 3.5.1 failed "download package failed" - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi -- after after loading files of joomla 3.5 program, went site , tried open complete installation. got message: fatal error: require_once(): failed opening required '/homepages/37/d199794875/htdocs/gnustories/libraries/import.legacy.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php5.5') in /homepages/37/d199794875/htdocs/gnustories/includes/framework.php on line 15 ran fpa program. hope way make available here. http://gnustories.org/fpa-en.php winku your domain name seems not working - not showing fpa report php page holding page generated isp (1 & 1) the easier way generate report fpa script , copy reply of thread (that intended way done). suggest review instructions on generating report makes format suitable forum.
