Cross references are not working correctly.

cross references not working correctly when used in list.

1.  create list of @ least 3 items , assign heading each.

2.  place cursor in blank area of document , cross reference each of headings.

3.  convert pdf using acrobat x.

 

result: first , last item in list not link rest of list links correctly.

 

note: word 2003, windows xp, adobe acrobat x.
