in Bridge- my output button doesn't have a submenu

i trying output images 1 pdf. have watched tutorial however, panel blank under output tab. have read discussions uninstall , used suite cleaner , reinstalled , still nothing! discouraged. trying make catalog prices , can not make 1 pdf out of 10 images.   why panel blank- no pdf button etc? have cs5 , macbook pro lion installed , lastest software updates.

have tried resetting bridge preferences starting bridge press , hold ctrl|cmd+alt|opt+shift.  if on mac os x v10.5 (leopard) not work need use bridge find out on leopard

Upgrade 3.4.8 to 3.5.1 failed "download package failed" - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
