Issue with custom quiz (IMAGES)

ive created text boxes , "correct answer" button. when press button red shape shown if input in text box wrong , green shape shown if input right.

 

 

if input wrong , red shape appears looks this:

if change answer right answer , press button green shape (for right answer) appears underneath red shape.

 

i understand because red shape placed on green shape in timeline.

 

how can solve this?

 

how can each time press button automatically remove previous image , show new 1 fits answer?

if first explain how worked out present solution: text entry box, validated or not?  button submit button of 1 of teb's? suppose use on success event button trigger action? should need conditional advanced action achieve want: if answer correct (how did check that?) hide wrong image , show correct image , vice versa.

 

i see 2 teb's, want button check both @ once?
