Java Script Fail / Jquery not working - Need Help seriously [Solved] - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

(if wrong place post please excuse me)
i migrated site 2.5 3.5.1 , moved entirely new server (as sub domain). there lot of plugins stopped working, fixed everything. when try use of javascript/jquery in many modules fail work, , while using third party plugins roksprocket, rokbox etc in site, javascript , of script functions breaking , tried updating js files unable solve issue. trying since 2 weeks not able find solution. browser shows class not defined error updated java script files , jquery never works (pop-up complete failure). tried finding solutions in forum , updated mootools too. when try load jquery in of positions other modules in position disappear or breaks , position gets changed , looks weird. stressed , looking me out please.

if see subscribe button , click it, goes new page should appear popup , in events box after slider if click on load image text, should appear popup fails , goes new page. search should load text while typing not happening (ajax-jquery failure). can 1 please me out. totally frustated

issue related mootools. update latest version , enable it. issues resolve or if have enable/disable plugin make sure unpublished. or select correct changes
