Remove "Welcome" - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i using protostar template , on every page, above page title, word "welcome". text image cannot find remove or @ least have on home page only. thanks.

update: have discovered text "alt tag" because image not stored on site. if change alt text using firebug, text on site changes. cannot find html in files or how remove it.

it might custom module.

Remove survey pop up - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have small box slides bottom right of webpage asking if want participate in survey related site. i plan remove/modify survey pop cant find located in joomla control panel. i've searched modules on home page menu comes up, template index.php, extensions, plugins, modules cant find related it. where commonly located ? suggest go extensions>manage>manage , order on id descending. show extensions added joomla. id's >10000. must 1 of them!
