upgrade not accepting previous serial number

i have purchased upgrade creative suite standard 5.5 6. accepted serial number new upgrade, , asked serial number 5.5. entered it, won't accept valid, though there in licensing records in account on adobe.com. suggestions how solve this?

you need contact adobe support either chat or via phone when have serial number , activation issues.

Upgrade 3.4.8 to 3.5.1 failed "download package failed" - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
