Creative Cloud Programs Not working...

i have creative cloud subscription , use several of programs. today, out of blue, stopped working. when try open 1 of them, gives me message saying program damaged or incomplete. paid monthly fee should not issue @ all.

 

i tried uninstalling of programs re-install them adobe application manager not recognize no longer installed.... suggestions? have re-installed adobe application manager same result.

i checked , paid account in standing.

 

did run uninstaller remove programs or did delete programs computer? ask because mac users dragging program trash not uninstall it. programs must uninstalled on mac links in applications > utilities > adobe installers, or on windows control panel.

 

if ran uninstallers programs still showing installed in adobe application manager can run adobe cleaner tool can downloaded here http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html. should able install again.

 

if not resolve issue please share exact error messages or post screen shots. include operating system version on.

Upgrade 3.4.8 to 3.5.1 failed "download package failed" - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
