Thread: 11.10 Wireless Issues

i'm running ubuntu 11.10 on alienware m17 r-1. there seems issues wireless. try watch youtube videos , start play buffer. pages take forever load. when boot windows, works fine.

ran speedtest on speedtest.net , few trys, wouldn't load (f5 refresh), loaded. ran test , shows
ping = 17ms
dl = .47mbps
upload = .00mbps

when i'm in windows, have dl 15mbps , 5mbps.

there issue wireless n in ubuntu 11.10? fixes?
