Adobe Media Encoder - compression issues (.flv) cs6 vs earlier versions

hi all, hope can help.

 

this morning encoded 1080p quicktime .mov file 360p .flv file.

 

i have used work-flow cs4 , cs5.5 , have had great results.

when attempted same thing morning, first time cs6 media encoder, .flvs came out glitchy in places (screen shots 1 & 2 attached).

thinking process error, tried several different methods , yielded same results.

 

so returned cs4, thinking might software issue, , "hey presto" no glitches!

 

all updates present , correct creative cloud/ adobe application manager, missing something?

has else experienced similar? lots more encoding done afternoon , use cs6 me if @ possible.

 

any massively appreciated.

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
