Upgrade from 3.4.5 to 3.6.4 failed with wamp server - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello,
i new on forum , hope helps problem. help

i use wampserver 2.5 , windows 10.
i try update joomla localhost 3.4.5 3.6.4.(i never met problems before updating joomla in local).i did backup akeeba.

1/ joomla update component show me new version 3.6.4 in backend upgrade joomla

.
so when try upgrade joomla (after having update extensions) download begin , after 15s error showing : "download of upgrade package failed"

i found problem in forum didn't find solution me.

2/ downloaded pack:https://downloads.joomla.org/cms/joomla3/3-6-4/joomla_3-6-4-stable-update_package-zip?format=zip&jcompat=my.zip , put il in /temp directory install joomla extension manager doesn't work , un error :"cannot find xml setupfile.

i verified have no folders permission problems

3/ didn't test method b unzip package on top folder of local site because afraid erase local site wihch working correctly !

what can now. (i have no problem site "on line" upgrade it)

have updated joomla update component? see 'upload & update' tab?

Upgrade 3.4.8 to 3.5.1 failed "download package failed" - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi -- after after loading files of joomla 3.5 program, went site , tried open complete installation. got message: fatal error: require_once(): failed opening required '/homepages/37/d199794875/htdocs/gnustories/libraries/import.legacy.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php5.5') in /homepages/37/d199794875/htdocs/gnustories/includes/framework.php on line 15 ran fpa program. hope way make available here. http://gnustories.org/fpa-en.php winku your domain name seems not working - not showing fpa report php page holding page generated isp (1 & 1) the easier way generate report fpa script , copy reply of thread (that intended way done). suggest review instructions on generating report makes format suitable forum.
