Why does adobe Reader XI ask to download Flashplayer when trying to open an Portfolio.pdf document?

hello everyone

 

i have user created portfolio in adobe x pro. when send out user , try open adobe reader xi or reader x asks them download lates flashplayer.

 

all our systems have latest flashplayer install.

 

any appreciated.

Error when I try to record application simulation in Adobe Presenter 8

hello, have 30 day trial of adobe presenter 8 , subscription adobe captivate 6.  record application simulation within presenter, receive error after entering swf-name states captivate cannot started , check see if captivate configured run in administrator mode.
