cant find my oppacity control

the place susally put down oppacity control gone , seemed locked away. tried changing opacity mouse shortcut wont change @ all.

instead of opacity have wet, load, , mix control

it sounds have mixer brush tool selected instead of brush tool.

if left click , hold on mixer brush icon in tool box should see pop-up menu can select brush tool.
