Conversion of Flash to the next big thing...HTML5??

i have lot flash animations , tutorials lots of buttons navigation, text boxes user input, , lot of actionscript 3 code. can see i've done @ http://preparatorychemistry.com/bishop_animations.htm and  http://preparatorychemistry.com/bishop_tutorials.htm. have flash cs6.

 

every once in awhile search net information how convert animations work on ipads. did again today, , i'm once again confused. tried swiffy, many of files big or have code doesn't recognize. people doing this? what's next thing animations mine? html5 sure? html5 animations , tutorials do?

Upgrade 3.4.8 to 3.5.1 failed "download package failed" - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
