Adobe Premiere Elements 10 unable to import *.mt2

when attempt import file .mt2 extension adobe premiere elements 10 recieve message says "online services encountered error.  service terminated or paused if possible."  unable generate code website import video.  i've imported type of file hundreds of times in past no problems.  totally stumped.

i'm getting "online services encountered error" message when trying render video; specifically, when trying activate mpeg-2 component. using premiere elements 11

Upgrade 3.4.8 to 3.5.1 failed "download package failed" - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
