Downloading Photoshop Lightroom 4

hello,

 

i purchased adobe photoshop lightroom 4 last week, or perhaps week before -- can't remember. transaction has gone through , have been charged program, why i'm particularly concerned. purchased student edition of program, i'm student, , -- after verifying university information -- received email adobe step-by-step instruction on how complete download.

 

the first step log in website, can't that. when try sign in, , though have account, shows spinning circle (i don't know call it) indicates it's logging in indefinite amount of time without telling me otherwise.

 

i'm becoming extremely frustrated, i'm eager start using program. student, don't have $90+ spend on doesn't work.

 

can me?

try using different browser.  browsers not play of interactions of adobe site.
