How to remove blank spaces? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

dear forum users,

on website have problem not solve myself or google's help:

there seems "system output" position left blank because not being used.
i not using system output content, using module (raxo allmode). there no system output , template seems leave blank then.
when activate "hide system output" in template settings, blank space disappears - however, hides output on other parts of site wanted.
i duplicate template , use deactivated output on front page , activated output on other pages, guess.

before have that, seems complicated, wanted ask if there way hide blank space way. thank in advance!
