recently, noticed unusual activity in logs, of got 404 message. long story short, 1 got 200

"post /libraries/joomla/user/user.php http/1.0" 200 0 "-" "mozilla/5.0 (x11; u; linux i686; en-us) u2/1.0.0 ucbrowser/9.3.1.344"

ip godaddy isp. banned ip wondering whether or not should unblock because have domain registered there.

is normal activity or not?

a bot testing exploit. make sure site date , ideally secured akeeba admin tools or rs firewall.
