Users can't logon when using mobile browsers - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi joomla users. last week installed joomla 3 on 1 of webservers. after starting simple site default templates tried open site mobile phone. found out can't logon mobile phone. can't logon on admin , on normal site. when try logon, screen refreshes after pushing "logon" button, after refreshing see same screen before (including login form).

after tried same on asus eee pc (windows 10 newest firefox) found same problem. screen resolution on pc 1024x600 pixels, template might see mobile device??

i hope can me problem, because use site on mobile phone.

are logging in using default joomla module?
can send link can see issue?
the default joomla 3.6 let mobile users login.
