Any Planned Stabilizer Improvements??

i've been testing few different video editing programs, running through trials, embracing few programs, , uninstalling many others after momentary glimpses of shoddiness.

 

pe 11 @ top of list, , i'm near closing deal right now.  few minor features i'd prefer different -- or, "fixed," imo (like fact can't lock tracks!) -- stabilization abilities of program baffle me.  else pe 11 ..,appropriately enough... premiere, stabilization horrible.

 

stabilizing shots more or less stationary point 1 thing, when camera moving forward or looking side (shoreline relatively smoothly running boat), video stabilization no whatsoever.  in fact, makes things worse -- rough looking ride peppered spasmic jerks in random direction, every second or two.  i've toyed parameters (smoothing, direction, etc), no avail.

 

if virtually other "acceptable" trials i'm running weren't doing better job stabilizing these shots (one program, in fact, superbly so), i'd not here expressing concern.  but, looking @ pe 11 whole, have presume brains behind software haven't gotten improving video stabilization since much-earlier version.

 

and question is: guys working on bringing video stabilization par?  if so, included time soon?  update i'd free, after buying current version?  there third-party plug-ins can use here, , how those?
