can not continue set up - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

when installing came main configuration , cannot go through it.
first time came step 2 , step 1. (i start installation aganin hoping solve problem.)

i following video http://www.usbwebserver.net/en/faq.php. end @ minute 6:37. when writing /administrator had not responded ,
.
usbwebserver running , apache , mysql green ok.

note in second screenshot database type says "mysql" - try mysqli instead (and remember enable php extension).

also, php.ini settings e.g. maximum execution time, and/or memory limit?

the immediate issue seems "could not connect mysql" - can double check username/password actual database same details entering in set screen.

have created database, or letting setup script so. correct priviledges set db user create databases , tables? check in phpmyadmin.

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
