Changing search result rankings

we running adobe robohelp 9 webhelp output. have number of articles mention product called dco. week, we've added unrelated article called dcoe, have not found way search dcoe without ever getting better 63rd place in rankings. if search dcoe or "dcoe" in quotes, still giving dozens of dco articles in response higher weight.

 

this more problematic because have dozens of dcoe articles , searching them should not see dco results. know robohelp's search algorithm has been problem w/r/t 3 character searches, didn't expect problems 4 character search bringing tons of 3 character results.

 

we tried adding additional h1s, h2s, etc article white on white text, tried adding synonyms dco = dco , dcoe = dcoe. nothing working. correct words in keywords. problem seems search dcoe pulling part of word , giving results.

 

"enable substring search" not selected when publish.

 

what do?

have turned on "substring searches" in ssl recipe?

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
